Youth Information Centre
Funded under the Youth Information Fund and managed by Galway Diocesan Youth Services, the Galway Youth Information Centre aims to provide a comprehensive youth information service targeting adolescents and young adults.
Information provided ranges over education, careers, employment, rights/entitlements, sport and leisure, travel and day-to-day topical issues.
A booklet for young people titled “You are not Alone” is published by the centre in 7 languages with emergency contact numbers.
Outreach points are held in the Gaf Youth Café, further education colleges, youth projects etc.
